Vinification
The grapes are quickly transported to the winery in small size trailors. The pink color is extracted via a short maceration (6-12hrs). The grapes are then gently pressed into a pneumatic press. The juices are fermented in stainless steel tanks during 15 to 20 days at a temperature ranging from 14 to 18°C.

Expressive nose dominated by rose, apricot, quince and raspberry.
Palate:
Exceptionally elegant, discreetly powerful and balanced out by a refreshing acidity. Notes of wild strawberry intertwining with white peach, raspberry and morello cherry. A delicate vinous rosé with excellent length, well suited to gastronomy .
Serving temperature
8 - 10 °C.
Food Pairings
Grilled salmon, a kidney bean and rosemary terrine or red fruit desserts.
